I searched for a used SUV for my son who is out of state and needed a new used vehicle for the last month or so and could not find many Toyota/Lexus SUV's that were available in my price/mileage range. I continued to look and finally found a very clean SUV that was within my price, mileage and had the 3.5 engine. Taylor at Knox Auto Sales came through with flying colors. I felt like I was a family member and the whole process was handled extremely professional. Taylor went above and beyond and I would buy from Knox again in a heartbeat. Nothing but positive things to say about them... Thanks Taylor for a great buying experience!

We went on a Saturday.Upon first arriving we spotted the car we had been looking at online and spent time looking at it on the lot, the employees came out right away and talked with us about the car and allowed us to test drive. We decided to buy! We made a verbal agreement to come back Monday and they automatically took the car off the website and moved it aside for us. We returned Monday morning as planned, everything was smooth sailing. We drove the car home and a ran a couple errands when we noticed a couple issues with it driving wise, one phone call to Knox Auto and the issue was handled! They showed up at our house, trailered the vehicle back to their shop and looked at it to figure out the issue. Following finding and fixing the issue they trailered our vehicle back to our house and explained in detail what they found and what they fixed.. at no extra charge. Most definitely would return and do business with them again! Thank you Knox auto for a great experience and being so caring for your customers!

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience that I had buying a car at Knox Auto Sales! I bought the cutest Subaru Forester for my 16-year-old kids (yes, I have two of them), and I feel like this car is perfect for us! The entire buying experience was fun, supportive and comfortable (my first time buying a car on my own) and I’ve asked them to keep an eye out for another great car for us in about 6-12 months!! Everyone I came into contact with - particularly Shelton and Taylor - were so helpful.
